C2C: Equitable Pathways Summer Bridge Service Phase for ​Site Supervisors

Goal: On average, each C2C:EP member will work with 18 recently graduated high school seniors who have been enrolled in a community college to provide college enrollment coaching, campus tour, and ensure enrollment in and attendance of the students' first day of classes.

Connect2Complete:Equitable Pathways Summer Bridge Program Framework and Responsibilities -
Support your C2C Members in the following areas:
  1. Build a Support Structure/System: connect with and develop a community of care; connect with stakeholders; connect with program partners; connect with the students and communities being served.
  2. Determine, discuss and learn about the student groups that you will serve.
  3. Discuss student interventions. This includes any enrollment/college coaching needed, connecting student to their network of care and resources, campus visit
  4. Promote program to stakeholders via E-news/newsletters, social media, flyers, announcements, etc.
  5. Build sustainability through the creation of a sustainability binder that documents your work, processes, program details, definitions, contacts, forms, letter to subsequent member; as well as through the creation of your community of care/network of support.
Other Site Supervisor program responsibilities:
  • Approve timesheets online by the 1st and 15th day of each month - after your Member has submitted their time log (C2C Site Supervisor Timesheet Video Tutorial)
  • Meet with your C2C Member(s) for at least 1 hour weekly (at least 2 hours/week during COVID-19 quarantine)
  • Collaborate with the C2C:EP Program Director and other C2C Site Supervisors to engage in a community of practice whenever possible
