We are so happy to have you join the Campus Compact of Oregon AmeriCorps VISTA Program. Bookmark this page as you navigate getting oriented to the program, communicate with VISTA and staff, and complete all required forms. Required Campus Compact Forms

Please mail the following completed forms to the Campus Compact office no later than July 27th, 2018. You may also scan and email all copies of paperwork to either of the current VISTA Leaders if desired.
  • National Trust Enrollment Form
  • VISTA Member Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
  • Personal Information Survey (you'll need emergency contacts and health insurance info)
  • Direct Deposit Form
  • 2018 W-4 Form
  • Photocopy or scan of government issued ID
Please note: Campus Compact of Oregon is responsible for paying your living allowance. If you move or ever wish to change your tax forms, contact us.

Your VISTA Assignment Description

The VISTA Assignment Description (VAD) is your position description and road map to accomplishing your project goals throughout your service term. You will use your VAD throughout every step of the way during your year. It's important to gain an understanding of your project before you get there.
