Process for Review and Appeal of Background Check Findings

Members are welcome to ask to see the findings from their background checks. If an applicant refuses to consent to a National Service Criminal History Check the applicant is not eligible to serve unless he or she consents. If the applicant would like to dispute their background check they may do so within 60 days of the check being conducted. ORCC partners with Coeus Global to conduct all background checks. All disputes will be handled by Coeus Global with support from ORCC.
