Equity Action Teams

Equity Action Teams are the next extension of Campus Compact's strategic initiative to build a statewide movement for Racial Equity Across College and High School (REACH). Launched in the fall of 2017, our vision is to support the convening of faculty, staff, administrators, students, K12 partners and community stakeholders across Oregon, who are committed to developing best practices and policy recommendations around two areas of priority identified by our network and community partners.

For the 2017-2018 year, these areas are:
-    Recruiting, Retaining and Promoting Faculty and Staff of Color
-    Supporting Undocumented and Immigrant Students

Any past participants in the ELSEE or individuals who attend a free Equity Primer Training are eligible to participate!
