CAC The 6 Folders
CAC Member is required to keep a program file (hard copy and online) of 6 folders with the following information (this info will be reviewed during a site visit/audit):
Each folder should be labeled in the following manner on the folder label or shared drive:

- Name of Campus Program (ex. Boys & Girls Club, T3)/CAC 2019-2020
- Name of the Folder/Tab (ex. CAC Pre-Program Surveys)
- The "6 folders" will be collected by your CAC Program Supervisor upon completion of the Member's service and the folders will be archived for future CNCS audit.
- List of coach's names
- College Access Intervention Spreadsheet
- CAC Volunteers Recruited Tracking Spreadsheet (with attached CAC Volunteer Sign-in Sheets)
- CAC Assessment Tally Spreadsheet and CAC Retrospective Tally Spreadsheets
- Post-Program/Retrospective Surveys (completed hard copied)
- CAC Pre-Program Surveys (completed hard copies)
