Audrey Lin Kadoya (she/her/hers) is a servant leader with a five-year demonstrated history of coordinating high-impact programs and initiatives encompassing diversity, equity, and inclusion. As one of two Program Leaders for Connect2Complete, Audrey has actively sought to leverage her interpersonal skills, cultural intelligence, and industry expertise as an autonomous professional in order to advance workplace culture and strengthen organizational effectiveness at Campus Compact of Oregon. She takes agency in her work and feels empowered, as a social justice educator, to serve and help enrich student lives across the Pacific Northwest. Audrey hopes that her legacy with the organization will be one of positive and sustainable civic and social change and looks forward to fulfilling the remainder of her service year with her fellow colleagues.
